Sponsorship and Support Opportunities

Join a winning team!

We hope when it comes to the Show weekend you love what we do 😊

With over ten shows under our belt, we can proudly say that the Rendlesham Show has become a highlight of the year in our village and the surrounding areas. With many local and regional organisations supporting us by purchasing sponsorship packages or providing donations or raffle prizes it means we can deliver even more to our visitors.

The Show enjoys a well deserved positive reputation among visitors, traders and entertainers alike.

As well as this website the Rendlesham show has its own dedicated social media platforms where we aim to not only inform and engage with visitors to the Show, but also to take the opportunity to work with, and promote, all the organisations and businesses that make the Show so very special.

With attendance figures rising every year, and a predicted audience in 2026 in excess of 4,000 over the 2 days, the Rendlesham Show is a very exciting way to showcase your business or organisation, not just at the event but also during the months leading up to the weekend

Businesses who have already committed to the 2026 Show are listed below and we’d love to add you.

If you would like to discuss 2026 sponsorship, donations or volunteering opportunities please email:

Sponsorship Packages

If you are a business owner who would be interested in sponsoring the 2026 Show, please get in touch. In return we will promote your business through our website, social media pages and on the day.

We have 3 levels of packages available this year - get in touch to find out which package suits you before they all fill up!

Draw Prizes
The Grand Draw is a very exciting part of the Show and would not be possible without the generosity of prize donors. All prize donors will be listed on the Grand Draw page of our website, featured in the Show programme and promoted via social media channels.
Volunteering

The Rendlesham Show would simply not happen without a small but dedicated team of volunteers who work all year round to make the show the popular event that it is. However, with the success of the Show comes the requirement for more manpower, whether it's marshalling on the day or helping set up Jubilee Park in the days before. We are always keen to hear from new volunteers who would like to be part of this great success story. You are never too late to get involved. Please contact us via  events@rendleshamparishcouncil.gov.uk for further information.

Our Supporters and Sponsors

The Rendlesham Show would not be possible without the support and funding of Rendlesham Parish Council. As well as the Show the Council also support and organise Easter, Fireworks and Christmas Events.

The Council provide the infrastructure (marquee, toilets, stage etc) and fund or subsidise some attractions. The Rendlesham Show has always strived to be affordable to our visitors by not charging an entry fee and providing free entertainment as well some discounted elements.

This year we continue to work tirelessly to keep costs to a minimum for the Council and the residents of the village. The Parish Council manage the income and expenditure for the show and should there be any excess money this will be used for future events.

“A huge congratulations to you all for putting on another fantastic show and a huge thanks to all those involved. We've had a lot of feedback from friends and customers, who've been telling us that it's been the best show so far.

You've all done a remarkable job pulling off such a large and well organised show, the communication was excellent, the theme worked really well and it's great to see fresh new ideas and you all building on the success of previous years.

We also wanted to extend a special thank you to Ellie. She's been a pleasure to work with and has done a top-notch job.
Chris Burness, The Tavern - 2023
"We just wanted to send an email thanking you and your team for what was another amazing Rendlesham Show, by far the best one yet!

As a former Rendlesham residents we have been attending the show since it first began and this is our second show serving from our food trailer and it is so good to see that it just keeps growing and getting better and better each year. We certainly don’t envy your job Ellie but we have to say you have done it once again to such a high standard with great organisation."
Chloe & Richard, Suffolk Fried Chicken - 2023
“Thank you so much as well for the opportunity to be part of the Rendlesham Show. It was awesome! Looking forward to your future events! .”
Norvie, Don Arancini - 2023
"I just wanted to say thank you so much for inviting us to perform on what proved to be a magnificent day! We all had so much fun.

I would also like to take the time to say how the organisation of not only the day but everything leading up to it was absolutely fantastic. Yourself and everybody who pulled together to organise such an event should be so proud, I cannot praise you all highly enough. Everything ran so seamlessly and it was such a positive atmosphere, just amazing!

Once again, thank you so much and we would love to perform for you next year if we can."
Chloe Kinrade, Chloe Kinrade School of Dance
“Yum Yum Tree Fudge Ltd would like to say a massive thank you to all the Organisers and Council for hosting this event, it was hugely successful for us and it has just got better every year.

As a company we do about 80 events across the region and I have to say this is one of the best for us in terms of organisation, value for money and sales.

It is also a joy to do. Thank you once again!”
Adrian Turner, Yum Yum Tree Fudge

"We had a good day, you seemed to have got a very professional and well run show, and you must have done something right as there were so many people there."

Sue Haresnape, River Cruise Restaurants
"I just wanted to say thanks for being so quick to react to the changes in weather and adapting set-up for everyone.

It was an unknown for all of us caterers, as none of us wanted to have a load of stock left due to low attendance or extreme weather, but between us, we all got on just fine. It’s amazing to see the support
you get from the community, and you should see the commitment of those attending yesterday as a testament to your efforts in arranging the day."
Nathan, Caterer
